Regular consumption of fresh fruit juice every morning increases the risk to health

Individuals who regularly eat fresh fruit juice every morning can cause high blood pressure, compared with individuals who drink occasionally, according to a new discovery.
A team of scientists from Swinburne University of Technology in Hawthorn Victoria Australia argued that the consumption of fresh fruit juice 1 glasses a day, leading to high blood pressure. Such a condition could lead to the risk of problems such as heart attack or chest pains.
